Eddy of Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC in Long Beach, CA and Scott Pesch of Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners Real Estate in Eureka, CA announced the closed sale of Northwoods Mobile Home Park, 258 Central Ave. in McKinleyville, CA 95519, for the sale price of $3,600,000. This 11-acre, mobile home park deal was closed within four months from start to fnish. The brokerage at Blair Westmac represented the buyer and Pacific Partners represented the seller in a Northern & Southern California collaboration and one of the largest of its kind in Humboldt County.
