Scott Pesch has extensive real estate experience in northern California, beginning his career as a top-producing agent for Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty in 1994. He became more interested in commercial real estate in 1998 and 1999 when he began completing additional escrows involving business opportunities and commercial property. In the fall of 1999, Scott began working for The Carrington Company, which owned over 40 properties (1.5 million square feet) in 15 states throughout the United States. He became the Director of Real Estate in 2001 and overlooked the management, leasing and acquisitions for the company. Scott Pesch started Pacific Partners Commercial Real Estate in 2004 and then added the Coldwell Banker Commercial flag in 2005. He is the broker/owner and President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners that is a full-service company including sales, leasing and property management. Scott Pesch graduated from Humboldt State University with his BA in 1990 and completed his MBA in 2005.
