Scott Pesch (Owner/Broker) has over 20 years of real estate experience in northern California, beginning his career as a top-producing agent for Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty in 1994. Over the next few years, his interest in commercial real estate further developed when he began completing additional escrows involving business opportunities and commercial property. In the fall of 1999, Scott began working for The Carrington Company, which owned over 40 properties (1.5 million square feet) in 15 states throughout the United States. Shortly thereafter, he became the company’s Director of Real Estate, overlooking management, leasing, and acquisitions. In 2004, Scott took his decade of industry experience and launched Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners Real Estate.
Scott Pesch graduated from Humboldt State University with his BA in 1990 and completed his MBA in 2005. He resides in Eureka with his beautiful wife, Rachel, and their three children, Ethan, Ellie Jo, and Emily.
JB Mathers (Sales and Leasing Associate) has been specializing in leasing retail, office, and other commercial space throughout Humboldt County for about a decade. JB is well-familiar with this specialized region – in 2000, he received his BA from Humboldt State University, and for the next decade, worked in broadcasting and strategic planning throughout the county. JB brought his communication expertise to Pacific Partners Real Estate in 2009, and has proven indispensable to the Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners Real Estate team. JB is an active member of the community, and when he’s not sourcing and leasing commercial real estate, you can find him in broadcasting as the “voice of the Humboldt State Lumberjacks.”
Eric and Susan Dugan (Property Management) have been active in property management since 2000. Both graduated from Sacramento State; Susan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Eric a degree in Mechanical Engineering. They joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners Real Estate in 2007 and have enjoyed being part of a successful team striving to provide excellent service to property owners as well as tenants. Both are long time Humboldt County residents and are committed to the area.
