Scott Pesch (Owner/Broker) has over 20 years of real estate experience in northern California, beginning his career as a top-producing agent for Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty in 1994. He became more interested in commercial real estate in 1998 and 1999 when he began completing additional escrows involving business opportunities and commercial property. In the fall of 1999, Scott began working for The Carrington Company, which owned over 40 properties (1.5 million square feet) in 15 states throughout the United States. He became the Director of Real Estate in 2001 and overlooked the management, leasing and acquisitions for the company.

Scott Pesch graduated from Humboldt State University with his BA in 1990 and completed his MBA in 2005. He resides in Eureka with his beautiful wife, Rachel, and their three children, Ethan, Ellie Jo, and Emily.

Susan Dugan (Property Management) applies the acumen of a Sacramento State University business degree in managing properties from Arcata to Rio Dell. A Humboldt County native, Susan knows the needs of both owners and tenants in a unique social and geographical climate. Together with husband Eric, she brings great people skills along with years of management experience in the fields of property and retail to Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners Real Estate.

Eric Dugan (Property Management) combines the precision of a background in mechanical engineering with years of experience in property management. A longtime resident of Humboldt County, Eric specializes in multi-family properties. Together with his wife, Susan, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience in working with people and properties to Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Partners Real Estate.

JB Mathers (Sales Associate) specializes in leasing retail, office, and other commercial space throughout Humboldt County.
